Most people don't think blood sugar is an issue that affects them.
However, blood sugar management plays a roll in virtually all the chronic degenerative diseases and conditions that affect us; heart disease, diabetes, obesity, Alzheimer's, cancer, autoimmune disease and mental health to name a few.
In addition to these more serious health issues, many of the common ailments that we deal with like headaches, fatigue, mood swings, insomnia, body stiffness , brain fog, and lightheadedness are directly related to spiking and crashing blood sugar levels.
It is common for people to have a fasting blood glucose level and hemoglobin A1C that is in the normal range and to also experience spikes and drops in blood sugar throughout the day that create stress and inflammation in the body.
Learning how to have less extreme fluctuations of blood sugar throughout the day is one of the easiest things we can do to improve our health and prospects for longevity.
We hope you will join us for this donation based hour long lecture on Thursday, November 30th at 5:30 where we will cover:
- How blood sugar is handled by the body.
- How you can determine if blood sugar management is an issue for you.
- Dietary and lifestyle hacks that can help you with balancing your blood sugar levels to support healthy aging.
- Specific info on how we can support healthy blood sugar in kids (for all you parents and grandparents out there).
When you register for this class you will also get 30 days of access to our last quarterly lecture, Nutrient Dense Eating 101.
