Winter Yoga 2021

Join us this winter for relaxation, rejuvenation and ease of movement. 

We will be learning about the practice of restorative yoga this winter. 

This class series is great to support:

  • stress management
  • a balanced nervous system
  • healthy sleep and mood
  • joint and soft tissue health

This 75 minute class runs for 11 weeks from December 1st until February 9th.

  • A live, video based version of class is available on Wednesdays at 9:00 or you can enjoy the class recordings whenever if convenient for you. 
  • Live classes use a Zoom platform.
  • Recorded classes are housed in an online class portal, where you can also add questions and comments. 

This class may not be appropriate for all people. Please check with your medical provider if you have questions about whether gentle yoga is safe for you.
