Here's what you need to know!
- This is a live class that meets via Zoom every Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:45. If you do not already have the Zoom application installed on your phone, you will need to install it before the class starts.
- Please log in between and 2 and 10 minutes before class starts.
- You will need access to a yoga mat, a blanket that can be folded for cushioning, a firm cushion or pillow, a scarf or yoga strap, a yoga block (or something like a few heavy books or a step stool). These props will allow us to get into poses with more ease and comfort.
- If you have any issues that limit your motion or any health conditions, please let us know so we can be aware of modifications you might need or poses you should avoid. You can just respond to this email with this info or any questions you might have.
In this class, we will be working on several key concepts.

Breath-centered movement or focusing on moving in coordination with the breath.

Learning to
activate the muscles
without creating tension.

Developing
awareness of correct
body alignment.

Exploring
pleasurable
movement.
