Join this class to learn about how you can move more efficiently and how a short and easy daily yoga practice can support your mental, emotional and physical health so you can get back to enjoying being in your body. 

Yoga for Spinal Health and Wellness is an eight week long hybrid class that incorporates one on one work, live video classes and videos for home practice to help you improve your posture, manage stress, find more calm and reprogram your spine to move with less pain and stiffness.

Yoga for Spinal Health includes all the resources and tools you need to need to build a safe daily yoga practice to support you in healthy movement. 

  • Eight weekly ninety minute live video classes with Anna Master LAc and Samantha Westerwelle RYT where you will be clearly instructed in the correct way to move the spine and have the ability to ask questions and get feedback
  • Recordings of live classes for you to review and keep
  • Access to a library of yoga videos to help support home practice and understanding of concepts taught in class
  • Two one on one sessions with the instructors to evaluate the movement and health of your spine
  • Online support for questions and concerns

Anna and Samantha hosted this series at a very opportune time. I have been working from home and spending more hours in front of screens. This series focuses on spinal health and helped to correct poor posture and provided tension release. The week before each live session they would upload informational handouts and instructional videos. I liked having those resources available to me and being able to access them at my leisure.
