Can you imagine drinking a week-old smoothie?

I’m sure it was disgusting but she was doing it because she thought it was good for her.

 

After learning this, my colleague suggested she make a fresh smoothie daily and just precut some of the fruits and veggies and keep them in individual jars for each morning.

Do you know what happened?

Her stomachaches went away.

This simple hack was a total game-changer.

Not eating semi-rotten smoothies for breakfast did more for her stomach pain than all the herbs and supplements we were giving her!

And..... it cost her nothing. 

This situation stuck with me.

How many patients of mine were having symptoms that were actually coming from something they were doing or eating that was super simple to address?

How could I do a better job of making sure that I wasn’t missing something simple that could make a big difference for people?

How could I save people time and money on their healing journey by helping them find the low-hanging fruit (the semi rotten smoothies)- the simple and powerful changes they could make that could help them feel better quickly.
